Forklift-specific sensors are input devices for forklift electrical systems. They convert various operating information during forklift operation, such as forklift speed, temperature of various media, operating conditions of forklift engines, etc., into electrical signals and transmit them to the forklift main board/control board so that the engine is in the best working condition. Forklifts use many sensors. When judging the fault of forklift sensors, we should not only consider the sensor itself, but also the entire circuit where the fault occurs. Therefore, when finding the fault, in addition to checking the sensor, we should also check the wiring harness, connectors, and related circuits between the sensor and the electronic control unit.
